ENVestor takes to the world stage during the Global Nature Positive Summit 2024 in Sydney.
08 October 2024: During the summit, Julie McLellan, CEO of Healthy Land & Water and Australian Champion and Paul Chatterton, Founder of Landscape Finance Lab and International Champion talked about the ENVestor venture with the summit's global audience during a key panel session.
Julie McLellan took to the podium at the hashtag GlobalNaturePositiveSummit to showcase how the 54 NRM groups covering every inch of Australia are ideally placed to lead integrated landscape management for a sustainable future.
Speaking as one of the largest NRM's in Australia - South East Queensland is small in area but big in its unique biodiversity, liveability which is driving huge population growth, all the while being one of the most climate exposed regions - Julie showcased how an integrated, landscape-scale approach can foster diverse partnerships, leverage investment, create shared benefits, and empower remote and regional communities.
Healthy Land & Water is a prime example of integrated, placed based action as the ideal platform from which to scale up for bigger outcomes for the environment.
